The 4-Week Regulation Intensive
Invicta Circle is a four-week nervous system regulation intensive designed for highly sensitive women who are ready to move out of chronic survival mode and build real internal capacity.
By the end of four weeks, you will be able to identify your nervous system state and regulate it on demand — so your sensitivity becomes your greatest strength, not your heaviest burden.
If several of these feel familiar, Invicta Circle was designed with you in mind.
High sensitivity is not a diagnosis or a disorder. It is a trait — present in roughly 15–20% of the population — characterised by a nervous system that processes sensory, emotional, and relational input more deeply than average. This depth is a genuine strength. But without the right support, it can quietly become a source of exhaustion.
Invicta Circle is built specifically for women who identify with this experience: women who feel a great deal, who care deeply, and who have often wondered why the world seems to cost them more energy than it costs others.
Sensitivity is not a flaw. But sensitive nervous systems require structure and training — and that is exactly what this work provides.
Highly sensitive nervous systems process more input — emotional, relational, and environmental. Without proper structure, this often leads to patterns that quietly limit daily life.
Meditation, journaling, and talk therapy are valuable — but they primarily engage the thinking mind. For highly sensitive people, the nervous system's patterns run deeper than thought. They are stored in the body, shaped by years of processing more than the average person, and reinforced by environments that weren't built with your sensitivity in mind.
When you try to think your way to calm, you're working against the architecture of how your system actually regulates. The nervous system responds to felt experience, rhythm, breath, and relational safety — not to insight alone.
Invicta Circle exists to give you one specific, learnable skill: the ability to recognize which state your nervous system is in — and bring it back to safety, on demand. Not by suppressing your sensitivity, but by giving it the structure it has always needed.
Over four weeks, participants will:
This is not therapy and not a casual support group. It is structured nervous system work designed to create lasting regulation skills.
ZhuZha Akova
ZhuZha Akova is a somatic coach, certified breathwork facilitator, and Master Reiki practitioner who specializes in helping highly sensitive women regulate their nervous systems and reclaim their depth as strength.
A highly sensitive woman herself, ZhuZha spent years believing something was wrong with her. She tried countless approaches to "fix" the intensity of her emotions, exhaustion after social interaction, and the constant feeling of being overwhelmed. Everything began to change when she started working directly with the body — through breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation.
Through years of personal practice, study, and working with others, she developed a structured method for helping sensitive nervous systems move out of chronic activation and into stability. Her work focuses on strengthening emotional containment, increasing nervous system capacity, and teaching practical tools for regulation that work in real life.
Today, ZhuZha guides women who feel deeply and think intensely to rebuild their internal structure so their sensitivity becomes an asset rather than a burden. Her work blends breathwork, somatic regulation, and energetic practices to help women feel steady, clear, and powerful in their own nervous systems.
Invicta Circle runs over four consecutive weeks. Each week builds directly on the last, creating a cumulative experience rather than a series of standalone sessions. This progression is intentional — nervous system regulation is a skill that develops through repetition, not a concept that changes through a single insight.
Each week opens with a live, facilitated session combining teaching, practice, and group coaching. Sessions are kept small to ensure depth and personal attention.
Between sessions, you receive short guided audio practices (5–15 minutes) to use daily. These are designed to fit into real life — not add to your load.
A private, low-stimulation space to share reflections, ask questions, and stay connected between sessions — without the noise of a public platform.
All session recordings are yours to keep. Return to the practices whenever you need them — the tools are designed to be used long after the program ends.
The container is intentional, structured, and focused — designed to protect the depth of the work and the safety of the group.
Nervous system regulation happens in relationship. Being witnessed, held, and supported by others who share your experience is itself a regulating force. The group size is kept deliberately small — large enough to create genuine connection, small enough that no one gets lost.
"Working with ZhuZha helped me understand my nervous system in a completely different way. I feel steadier and far less overwhelmed."
Sarah"The breathwork and regulation work I learned here changed how I handle stress. I recover much faster now."
Mia"What I appreciated most was the structure. I left with practical tools I actually use."
Lena"I've tried so many things over the years. This was the first time I felt like the work was actually designed for how my system operates."
Clara"I didn't realise how much energy I was spending just trying to hold myself together. After four weeks, something genuinely shifted."
Nadia"The container felt safe enough that I could actually slow down. That alone was worth it."

Invicta Circle is a live, small-group program. Sessions take place weekly over four weeks via video call. Recordings are available after each session, so if you miss one, you won't fall behind — but the live experience is where most of the relational and regulatory work happens.
Plan for one 90-minute live session per week, plus 5–15 minutes daily for the short practice recordings. The daily practices are designed to fit into real life — not to add pressure to an already full schedule.
All sessions are recorded and made available to participants. You'll have lifetime access to the recordings, so you can return to any session at any time. That said, the live container is where the relational regulation work is most potent — showing up live when you can is encouraged.
No prior experience is needed. Invicta Circle is designed to meet you where you are. Each practice is introduced with clear guidance, and the pace is intentionally gentle. If you're new to body-based work, this is a safe and structured place to begin.
No — and it's important to be clear about that. Invicta Circle is structured nervous system education and somatic skill-building. It is not therapy, does not treat mental health conditions, and is not a replacement for clinical support. Many participants work alongside a therapist and find the two approaches complement each other well.
This program is designed for people who are functional but exhausted — not for those in acute crisis or requiring immediate clinical support. If you're currently in a very destabilized place, it may be worth waiting until you have a little more ground beneath you. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before joining.
Most wellness programs focus on mindset, habits, or general self-care. Invicta Circle works directly with the nervous system — the physiological layer beneath thoughts and behaviors. The work is structured, body-based, and specifically designed for highly sensitive nervous systems. It's not about becoming calmer through willpower. It's about building actual capacity.
